This is a new series called " Carbon Based Lifeforms", that I will continue to explore, I believe, for some years. My tribute to all the living things.

This is so strange. Where are these animals in preserved? Some alcoholic substance or something? It looks like this creature has a complete world of it's own.

Yes, I believe a solution of formaldehyde or a similar product. As I said before, I know they are dead but I prefer to think on another way, that they once lived. I don't know if this make any sense, but I feel it like this way. :thanks:

I don't, at least not exactly. TThe only thing that doesn't make me think "eew, why would you do that" or another well-thought opinion is that is just. amazing to look at.

Yes, I could understand that's quite enough, but in my mind, even a spark of life is invaluable and should prevail over dead.

Oh wow what's that?
Looks like a rhino foetus
or a small beluga... very strange
I'd remove the tiny white stripe on
the top right though. It gets unneeded
attention :)

This is a cachalot foetus. I use the white stripe as a metaphor, because he didn't reach the ocean surface, but I understand what you mean.
